In an effort to persuade the courts to fine private property local family Michael and Michele Stevens, owners of the 60-acre Tipi Ranch, in excess of $375,000 in addition to requesting an injunction to NEVER allow the privilege for a land use change, for the rest of their lives, Commission Philip Scheel leads with a tyrannical hand in the ploy to deprive good people their property and civil rights.
